    Hi all,
I am hoping to buy a camera in the next few months and can't decide which would suit my needs best. Either a high end Bridge, or entry level SLR.

Fujifilm Finepix HS 30 EXR (Bridge with 30x optical zoom)
    Nikon D3100 (SLR with 18 - 55mm lens).

My main uses would be lanscapes, wildlife, family photos.... and of-course street candids.

As there are some amazing images here at The Candid Scene I thought it would be a good place to get opinions.

thats my cam, but with a 18-105 or 70-300 lens. it´ll take good pictures and the cam has a silent mode, good for candids ;)

I prefer a SLR - Nikon or Canon and invest in a good "Expensive" USM lens
